Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scrumlify, operated by Mahenoor Ansari(“we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Digital products & services

Scrumlify provides digital study materials, courses, practice question banks, cohorts, and 1:1 coaching and mentorship sessions. Access to purchased digital products is granted for your personal, non-transferable use. Live sessions are scheduled and delivered as described at the point of purchase.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased content;
• copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform or its materials;
• post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in community areas;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All Scrumlify content, branding, and course materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

6. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Scrumlify is an educational service. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or obtain employment. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
