Scrumlify (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Mahenoor Ansari, based in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

• Account & checkout details: your name and email address when you register, purchase a product, or book a coaching or mentorship session.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers — only a record of the transaction and its status.
• Cookies & local storage: we use browser local storage and a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to control how often promotional offers are shown to you. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to deliver the products and sessions you purchase, manage your account, send transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations, account notices), and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Scrumlify (for example, our payment processor, email delivery, and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA (or another region with similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We keep your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.
